Choose Processor

During the booking process, we’ll collaborate to determine the ideal processor location and date. Rest assured, we handle the delivery of the calf directly to the processor on the scheduled slaughter date.

**Our meat processors are strategically located in Trenton, Sulphur Springs, Sumner, Kaufman, and Muenster. We’re here to collaborate with you, ensuring you choose the most convenient option for your needs.

Step 3

Pay Hanging Weight

Upon receiving the hanging weight details from the processor, we’ll issue an online invoice. Once paid, you can then contact the processor to discuss your cut and packaging instructions.

Step 4

Pick Up Your Beef

Upon completion, you’re in charge of both collecting your beef and covering the processing costs. The overall processor expenses will vary based on your chosen processor and the specific cut and packaging instructions you provide.
